Women in Digital Rights & Internet Governance Fellowship
The Women in Digital Rights & Internet Governance Fellowship is now open for applications! This initiative seeks to equip women in Nepal with the knowledge and skills required to lead discussions on digital rights and inclusive Internet governance.
This three-day intensive program, in collaboration with the Internet Society Women’s Inclusion Group, will provide participants with hands-on training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to support women in shaping the future of digital policy and governance.
Training Program Highlights
The fellowship will cover essential topics, including:
- Digital Rights and Inclusion
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection
- Women’s Role in Internet Governance
- Policy Advocacy and Leadership
- Nepal’s Evolving Digital Landscape
Fellowship Expectations
- Selected fellows must complete an Internet Society course on digital inclusion before attending the in-person training.
- Participants are required to submit a post-fellowship report in written, audio, or video format.
